  • What are the camp's hours of operation?
Our camp hours are from 9 am to 3 pm, giving campers a full day of fun and learning. But we understand that sometimes you might need a little extra time. That's why we offer extended childcare for an additional 2 hours, available for all ages. Each hour of extended childcare is just $23.00. You can easily sign up for this service through the link provided. We're here to make sure your child has a great time and that you have the flexibility you need!
  • Where is the camp located?
We are at Soongshil University, at 369 Sangdo-ro, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, Soongshil University Line 7 subway station (Olive line). Soongshil University is located in the heart of Seoul, in the Gangnam area. Our prime location allows for easy accessibility and convenience for campers.
  • My child has allergies!
We will make our best effort to provide an allergy-friendly environment. We have noticed that in Korea, it's not always indicated whether food items were made in a nut-free facility. For parents with allergy concerns, we recommend packing your own snacks to ensure safety. However, our lunch and snacks were a big hit last summer!
  • Where is a good location to stay near the camp?
Soongsil University is located in the heart of Seoul. After drop-off, you will have easy access to everywhere you want to go. For suggestions on places to stay, we recommend hotels, guesthouses, and Airbnbs near the Olive Line. Areas such as Yeouido, Yongsan, Banpo, and Seocho are some good locations nearby!
  • What is included in the camp fee?
Yes, we provide delicious snacks and lunches daily, along with a cool camp shirt for your child to wear during our excursions. Additionally, camp fees cover all tickets, rides to excursions, and more. Please remember to inform us of any special allergies or food considerations during the registration process.
  • Does your camp provide insurance?
Yes, we are insured; however, we still recommend having your own travel insurance too!
  • Age groups & ratio
We have 3 different classes separated by age group. (Preschool ages: 4-5 years old (born in 2019, 2020), Grades K-3, Grades 4-7). The groups will have a 6:1 ratio. In addition to teachers, we have experienced staff and researchers from Gifted Education Research Institute, Soongshil University.
  • My child does not speak any Korean… Is that OK?
No prior knowledge of Korean is necessary! Our summer camp offers a fun and immersive language and cultural experience for kids of all backgrounds all over the world. We focus on making learning enjoyable with activities and excursions that bring the Korean language and culture to life.
  • What do we need to bring?
All campers should bring water bottles. Preschoolers need to bring indoor shoes that your kids can wear at the center. These can be purchased at convenience stores or Emart (for example: indoor crocs or '실내화').
