Global Bridge

Enrollment Agreement & Terms

Effective date: October 1, 2026

1. Parties and Programs

This Enrollment Agreement ("Agreement") is between HG International LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as Global Bridge ("Global Bridge," "we," "us"), and the parent or legal guardian completing registration ("Parent," "I"), who signs on their own behalf and on behalf of the registered child ("Camper"). It applies to all Global Bridge programs, including GB Sprout, GB Camp, GB Adventure, and KSI Camp (Gimpo, Korea) (each a "Program"). The Parent confirms they are at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enroll the Camper.

2. Program Location and International Participants

All Programs take place in the Republic of Korea (GB Sprout, GB Camp, and GB Adventure in Seoul; KSI Camp in Gimpo). Families join from many countries. The Parent is solely responsible for the Camper's travel to and from Korea, passports, visas, entry and health requirements, accommodation, and insurance. While in Korea, Campers and families are subject to Korean laws and regulations, as well as the rules of our partner schools and venues.

3. Program Fees and Payment

Enrollment is confirmed only when the registration form is submitted and payment is received.

Full payment is due when registering. Unpaid enrollments may be released to the waitlist.

Fees are per Camper, per session (week). Shuttle service and other add-ons are priced separately.

4. Absence and No-Show

No refund or credit is given for absences, no-shows, late arrival, early pickup, or missed bus rides.

5. Refund Policy

How to cancel. To cancel an enrollment, the Parent must send a written cancellation request by email to info@yourglobalbridge.com. The cancellation date is the date Global Bridge receives the email.

Refund schedule. Global Bridge does not charge a deposit. Refunds are calculated per session on the tuition paid for that session, based on the number of calendar days between the cancellation date and the session's first day:

Cancellation date · Refund of session tuition

60 or more days before the first day — 100%

30–59 days before the first day — 80%

29 or fewer days before the first day — 0% (no refund)

On or after the first day of the session — 0% (no refund)

Method of refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Program Cancellation by Global Bridge

If Global Bridge cancels a session before it begins for any reason within our control (for example, low enrollment), the Parent may choose either a full refund or a credit for the full amount paid for that session.

7. Weather and Events Beyond Our Control

If program days are closed, shortened, or relocated because of severe weather, wildfire smoke, fine dust, natural disaster, public-health orders, partner-school closure, travel restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control, Global Bridge will try to offer a make-up day or alternative activity. Otherwise, these days are not refunded.

8. Behavior and Dismissal

Campers must follow staff instructions and treat others respectfully. Global Bridge may dismiss a Camper whose behavior endangers themselves or others, or who repeatedly disrupts the Program, after notifying the Parent (or immediately for serious safety issues). No refund is given for dismissal.

9. Media Release

Global Bridge takes photos and videos during Programs for documentation, to share with enrolled families, and for promotion. By enrolling the Camper, the Parent grants Global Bridge permission to use photos, videos, and recordings of the Camper, without compensation or payment of any kind, for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes, including our websites, social media, flyers, brochures, advertisements, and other print or online media. These materials are the property of Global Bridge. Global Bridge will not pair the Camper's full name with their photos or videos in public materials.

Opt-Out: The Parent may opt out at any time by emailing info@yourglobalbridge.com with the subject "Media Opt-Out – [Camper Name]." After receiving the opt-out, Global Bridge will stop using the Camper's images in new materials and, on request, will remove them from Global Bridge's own social media within a reasonable time. Materials already printed or distributed cannot be recalled.

10. Medical Authorization

I confirm that the health, allergy, and medication information I provide is complete and accurate, and I will update it in writing before the Program if it changes. If my child needs medical care and I cannot be reached, I authorize Global Bridge staff to provide first aid and to obtain emergency medical treatment, including calling emergency services and transport to a hospital, and I authorize treating providers to give care they consider necessary. I am responsible for all resulting costs. Medication is given only with a signed medication authorization and in its original labeled container.

11. Insurance

Global Bridge does not provide travel, medical, accident, or liability insurance for any Camper, Parent, or guardian. The Parent is solely responsible for obtaining adequate coverage for the Camper's participation, including, as applicable:

  • International travel and trip interruption insurance

  • Medical and emergency treatment insurance

  • Emergency evacuation and repatriation

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings

  • Personal liability insurance

12. Assumption of Risk, Release, and Indemnity

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Risks. Program activities, including games, sports, field trips, transportation, and traveling, involve inherent risks of illness, injury, loss, delay, and other unforeseen events. I have reviewed these risks and camp rules with my child.

Assumption of risk. I knowingly and voluntarily assume the inherent risks of my child's participation.

PARENT'S RELEASE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY WASHINGTON LAW, I, ON MY OWN BEHALF AND FOR MY HEIRS AND ESTATE, RELEASE, WAIVE, AND AGREE NOT TO SUE GLOBAL BRIDGE, HG International LLC, AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS, AND PARTNER SCHOOLS (INCLUDING OUR KSI PARTNER SCHOOL) FOR ANY CLAIMS I PERSONALLY HAVE OR MAY HAVE, INCLUDING FOR MEDICAL EXPENSES AND OTHER LOSSES, ARISING FROM MY CHILD'S PARTICIPATION, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE.

Indemnity. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from claims, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from my breach of this Agreement (including inaccurate health or pickup information) or from injury or damage to others caused by my child's intentional or reckless conduct, to the extent permitted by law.

Limits. This section does not waive any claim belonging to my child that cannot be waived under Washington law, and nothing in this Agreement releases liability for gross negligence, recklessness, or willful misconduct. If any part of this section is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

13. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect and use personal information only to run the Programs, keep Campers safe, and communicate with families, and we handle it in line with applicable laws, including Washington law and Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). We do not sell personal information. Camper health information is used only to provide the Program safely and respond to emergencies. See our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Passport/ID. We may request a copy of the Camper's passport or ID solely to verify age with field trip venues. It is shared only with the venue requiring verification, stored securely with restricted access, and deleted within 90 days after the season ends. You may cover the document number; if a venue requires the full number, we will ask for separate consent first.

14. Korean Privacy Consents (All Programs)

Because Programs take place in Korea and most Campers are under 14, the Camper's legal guardian gives the following consent separately on the registration form:

I consent to sharing my child's information with Global Bridge's partner schools in Korea (including our KSI partner school in Gimpo and GB Sprout's partner school in Seoul) as needed for the program. Information shared: Camper's name, date of birth, grade, nationality, language, current school, health/allergy information, and Parent and emergency contacts. Purpose: enrollment, supervision, and care. Retention: until 120 days. The Program cannot be provided without this consent.

The Parent may withdraw consent or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@yourglobalbridge.com.

KSI Camp. KSI Campers attend our KSI partner school in Gimpo and must follow its rules, schedule, dress code, and teachers' instructions. The partner school's calendar may change class days. Removal by the partner school for misconduct is treated as dismissal under Section 8. Please do not contact the partner school directly; contact Global Bridge. An emergency contact in Korea is required.

15. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, the registration form, and the policies posted at yourglobalbridge.com (including the Privacy Policy and FAQ), which are incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between the parties and supersede prior understandings. If this Agreement conflicts with a website policy, this Agreement controls. It binds and benefits the parties and their heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

17. Electronic Acceptance

By typing my full name and clicking Submit, I confirm that I have read and agree to this Agreement on behalf of myself and my child, and that my typed name is my electronic signature under Washington's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (RCW 1.80). The date and time of submission are recorded, and a copy is emailed to me.
